The sick woman

Goodbye my son,goodbye my daugter
Goodbye mother, have a nice journey

Dear mother
Sweet Mother
The ill woman

Goodbye my son,goodbye my daugter
Hold on mother

Goodbye my children

NO GOOD in a GOODBYE

A piece of my heart for Karen

A poem with the title of A piece of my heart for Karen has recently been added to the database of the South African Internet Society for Poetry.

The following poem was written by destiny.

A piece of my heart for Karen

Deep and shallow, deep and shallow,
Deep and still.
I hold my breath and dip beneath
your languidly rolling presense,
But your depths are a dark eternity.
Vast eddies, I just barely see,
swirl far away within your eyes.
I will never feel what moves you -
too much water between us.
Riot and shallow,
when you reach out
and surprise me from below
with your puzzling mosaic personality.
The living lightning of your cutting thoughts
glances me left and right,
befor glitter-dusting the melange of your choral voice
and disappearing into blue mystery.
Deep and shallow,
there is too much water in you
for me to hold you
without slipping from between my fingers.

A poem with the title of SERENITY has recently been added to the database of the South African Internet Society for Poetry.

The following poem was written by Nthabiseng.

SERENITY

I walked for hours
through the harmonious valley
nothing could disrupt it's beauty
I saw nothing grim
nothing harmful
nothing to cause me pain.
I felt the sun
scorching my face
and I turned
to look into it's magnificent light
and was stricken with vitality
I realised I had found it,
the one thing I longed for:
serenity.

The following poem was written by Hlumelo.

Mad-wet

We met
Mad he said

When the spring sunrays
Kiss the summers rain droplets
My love for you germinates
Dressed in colours fragranced
Ah! My love for you is beautiful!

We wet
Sad he cursed

Bla, bla, bla, bla, bla
In needle-sharp tongues
Un-Intelligible
